Srinagar, 27 May (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference expressed grief over the demise of former Block President Tral Abdul Rahman Rather.
While extending condolences to the mournful family, Party’s Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustufa Kamal and provincial president Nasir Aslam Wani prayed for peace to the soul of deceased and much needed strength to the grief-stricken family. The duo called him a man of integrity, empathy, and vision saying that he had deep conviction towards the ideals of Sher- e- Kashmir. The duo expressed solidarity with the mournful family on their bereavement and prayed for peace to the deceased.
Among others Member of Parliament from Anantnag Hasnain Masoodi, Gh Mohiudin Mir, Muhammad Ashraf, Dr Ghulam Nabi, have also expressed sorrow over the demise of Rather sahib. The fuctionaries have prayed for peace and repose to the soul of deceased and unison with the grief stricken family in their hour of bereavement. (KNS)
