Tangmarg, Oct 29 (KNS):Artists associated with the National Bhand Theater performed a beautiful performance of traditional Lukha Pathar in a new style at the Town Hall Kunzar.

The event was held with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Leading filmmaker and theater director Mushtaq Ali Ahmad Khan was present as the chief guest on the occasion.

Well known writer, Broadcaster, poet and theater worker Gulshan Badrani presided over the function. Patron of National Band Theater Mohi-ud-Din Aajiz delivered the welcome address while playwright Shah Jahan Bhagat highlighted the talents of his group by mentioning the drama and training stages.

Expressing his impressions, Mushtaq Ali Ahmed Khan termed the talents of the artists associated with the National Bhand Theater as the prestige of traditional theater.He also expressed his desire to hold such programs in future.

The audience appreciated the efforts of the National Bhand Theater in presenting Armani pather in a new way.(KNS)
