Srinagar, July 31 (KNS): Renowned socio-political activist Mudasir Dar, here on today extended warm greetings to the people of Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha that is being celebrated on 1st August.

In a statement on Friday, Mudasir urged people of Kashmir to mark the occasion and present help and aid to the poor, needy, orphans, underprivileged and patients so that they also become a part of the Eid celebrations, especially in light of the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic across the globe.

In his messege, Mudasir said the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Azha imbibes in us the spirit of making honesty and truthfulness a way of life.

Mudasir expressed his hope that the Eid-ul-Azha would bring happiness to all after overcoming all the darkness of the coronavirus pandemic

Mudasir requested the people to follow the health advisories and necessary administrative guidelines properly to stop further spreading of the deadly Covid-19. He also wished people peace, progress,prosperity and happiness and hoped that this holy occasion would be a harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, peace and amity for the people of Kashmir.(KNS)
