Missing tuck driver of Uri traced out within two-hours from Agartala

Uri, Dec 26 (KNS): A truck driver of north Kashmir's Uri who had lost his contact to his family was traced out within two hours after strenous efforts put up by Uri Police.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), a truck driver namely Wazir Pathan resident of Dwaran Uri of north Kashmir's Baramulla was traced out after Uri Police used strenous efforts.

"His family had lost contact and had apprehensions that some JK based driver might have taken him hostage. We took up the matter with Agartala Police who traced the missing driver within two hours", a police official told KNS.

He added that the Agartala police contacted the driver and made him to talk to his family.

However the family of the traced truck driver laudred the efforts of SDPO Uri Junaid Wali. They said the officer has provided a sigh of relief to the family after discharging duties professionally. (KNS)
