Srinagar, June 15 (KNS) : Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered appointment of RR Swain as new intelligence chief of the Union Territory.

The order issued to KNS reads R,.R . Srinivas, ADGP (CID), J&K, is transferred and posted as Commandant General, HG/CD/SDRF and shall also hold the charge of the post of Director Fire & Emergency Service, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, relieving Mr. V.K Singh, IPS of the additional charge of these posts.

It also said R.R Swain, IPS awaiting orders of posting in the Home Department, is posted as ADGP (CID), J&K, vice Dr. B. Srinivas.

While as Deepak Kumar, IPS ADGP, Railways, J&K, is transferred and posted as MD, Police Housing Corporation and shall also hold the charge of the post of ADGP, Railways, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. (KNS)
