Srinagar, July 31 (KNS): PDP youth secretary Arif Laigaroo on Saturday has strongly condemned slapping of the stringent Public Safety Act against Mehbooba Mufti and said the move belies the Centre's claim of normalcy in the union territory.

Mufti was booked under the PSA by the administration on Friday.

He said that slapping of PSA won’t impact the PDPs resolve to fight against people’s rights.
