Man dies after slipping from mountain in Boniyar Uri

Srinagar, Apr 12 (KNS): A fifty-year old resident of Dudran Boniyar died on Sunday after slipped from Boniyar Mountains in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the deceased went to nearby forests for collection of forest mushrooms and in the meantime his foot slipped and he fell hundred meters down.
He was rushed to PHC Boniyar where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Yousuf Sheikh son of Ghulam Qadir aged 50 of Dudran Boniyar.
Meanwhile Station House Officer (SHO) Boniyar Tariq Ahmad Shah confirmed the incident to KNS and said a case under relevant sections of law has been registered in this regard. (KNS)
