JAMMU, DECEMBER 11(KNS): Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has expressed his grief over the sad demise of Deputy Secretary, Transport Department, Hakim Muzaffar.

He also condoled the passing away of Under Secretary, Home Department, Nivedita Munshi.

In a condolence message issued to news agency-kashmir news service (KNS), the Lt Governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved family members.(KNS)
