Bandipora, Aug 12 (KNS):A Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) militant was arrested by security forces early Wednesday morning in North Kashmir district of Bandipora, official sources said.

They said on a tip off about the presence of militants, Army, Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF launched a joint search operation at Hajin Village early this morning.

During the operation a LeT militant identified as Aqib Ahmad a resident of Sahipora Kralgund was arrested.

Aqib according to reports was missing from 27th of June 2020 and his family has also has made fervent appeal him to return home (KNS)
