Urges Govt to revisit the order

Srinagar June 20 (KNS): Senior Congress Leader and Former Legislator lashed out at Government over its decision to fragment the Govt departments that are set to become operational both in Jammu, as well as in Kashmir.
In a statement issued to KNS, Senior Congress Leader & Former Legislator Mohd Amin Bhat has slammed the Govt over its decision to fragment the Govt departments and urged the Govt to revisit the order, as the decision has the potential to put further burden on the people, who has to travel through difficult terrains for disposal of issues in Secretariat concerning them.
According to Govt the 19 departments will function primarily from Srinagar secretariat and 18 from Jammu secretariat Mohd Amin Bhat said and termed it as bizarre and confusing to the requirement and urged the Govt not to disturb the old practice of Darbar.
He said this decision of the Govt is indicative of mis-governance amounting to create confusion in both the regions, which is very disturbing and needs to be corrected, Senior Congress Leader said.
My perception is that Govt has issued this anti people order on the behest of those, who don’t want people to get rid of the hardships, as that the order will have its serious implications on the people of both Jammu and Kashmir, which is very unfortunate and condemnable, Bhat said.
I would urge upon the Govt to rescind the order and restore Darbar Move in its actual form, as that will only ensure that people were not force to go through hardships for not fault of their, Mohd Amin Bhat added (KNS)
