Kupwara,June 17 (KNS):A labourer was killed another injured after a wooden log hit them in lolab forests area of a Kupwara in north Kashmir on Wednesday.

According to KNS correspondent a group of labourer were working in the Affan forests when this incident took place.

The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Hassan Mir (32) son of Saif-ud-Din Mir while as the injured as been identified as Ghulam Ahmad Wagay resident from Charar-i-Shareef of Budgam have suffered serious injuries.

The injured has been evacuated to District Hospital Kupwara, where his situation is said to be critical.

Meanwhile a police officer have also confirmed the incident to KNS and said investigation has been taken (KNS)
