Srinagar, Sep 21 (KNS): Former Advisor to Governor J&K, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mumtaz Afzal, retired IAS officer of J&K state cadre whom he described as a dear and valuable colleague in state cadre of officers and who contributed significantly to the development of the state during his service career.
Ganai recalled Mumtaz Afzal' s contribution to the state administration as Administrative Secretary, Director Food , Kashmir, SRM FCI and as Deputy Commissioner, Badgam. While praying for Jannat ul Firdous for the departed soul and for strength to the bereaved family to bear the great loss, Ganai conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. (KNS)
