Srinagar October 30:(KNS) Kashmir Valley fruit growers cum dealers Union and PHDCCI on Saturday writes congratulations to Director General Horticulture Aijaz Ahmed Bhat over successfully organizing two day Apple festival at SKICC Srinagar. 

According to statement issued to Kashmir News Service,(KNS), reads Congratulations from core of my heart and on behalf of Members of Kashmir Valley Fruit Growers Cum Dealers Union, said in a letter the recent event gives a hope to promotion of Horticulture Industry of J&K (UT) which Industry provides livelihood to Lakhs of People directly or indirectly. I personally feel great pleasure to convey that your goodself are making all possible efforts at your level for promotion and Development of Fruit Industry J&K (UT), president fruit growers said. 

The Apple Festival-2021 organized by horticulture department under your supervision raises lot of expectations that such events will be held in near future as well, he added. 

Baldev Singh Raina, chairman of PHDCCI, Kashmir also appreciated DG Horticulture and congratulates him for successfully organizing Apple festival 2021.
