Karnah residents took initiative to make road by themselves

Kupwara, (karnah) Sep 08 (KNS): Residents of Gabra village of Border town karnah in north Kashmir took an imitative to construct a road in the area by themselves.
According to Kashmir News Service the residents of the area said that this imitative was taken after authorities failed to constructed the road in the despite several attempts.
Haji Shabir Ahmed sheik told to KNS they were waiting for the construction of the road since long but the authorities did not took the imitative to end the suffering of the common people in the area
He also said in absence of the proper road connectivity the area is reaming the cut to the rest of the area and recently the residents took the initiative to build a road themselves.
The residents also said many others far-flung and remote villages are cut off from there Tehsil headquarter Taad due to dhani ,Hajitra sadhpora road which has constructed under PMGY scheme now people fears to travel on these roads Kona kabra charkunjiyan and gundigujraan roads are also poor even though funds has been released them
Meanwhile SDM karnah Dr Bilal Muhiuddin Bhat told to KNS due to unpleasant climate maintenance and construction work has stopped and assured work on these roads will be resumed soon (KNS)
