Srinagar, June 13 (KNS): Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Saturday paid glowing tributes veteran journalist Syed Shujaat Bukhari on his second anniversary.
In a statement issued to KNS, Kadfeen said said Shujaat’s name will be written in the pages of history along with those great seers and scholars who showed the people the path of tranquillity, brotherhood and love.
Kadfeen said that Shujaat laid his life for the people of Kashmir and for their well being and had a sole motive of ensuring a peaceful and dignified tomorrow for the Jammu and Kashmir’s present and coming generations. “All he did as a journalist was true, unbiased and objective journalism. Shujaat was the man with the genuine spirit of patriotism and his writings were actuated by a high sense of fairness and impartiality. May his soul rest in peace,” Kadfeen said. (KNS)
