Srinagar April 1 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today strongly condemned the killing of security guard of BJP leader in a militant attack in Srinagar and expressed serious concern over the deterioration situation in valley.

In a statement, JKPCC has strongly condemned the attack on BJP Leader in which his PSO Ramiz Raja was killed and described the incident as cowardice and shameful act.

The party also expressed serious concern over the frequent militant attacks in Kashmir and emphasized the Govt to take more effective measures to contain such mindless attacks to ensure that there is no further loss of life.

The Party feels highly concerned about the loss of lives, JKPCC added and conveyed deepest condolences to family of slain Ramiz Raja.

JKPCC shares the grief, prays for eternal peace to departed soul and courage to bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. (KNS)
