Srinagar May 12 (KNS): The Executive Members of JK Press Association(JKPA) held an emergency meeting under the Chairmanship of its President GH Kaloo  today to condole the demise of Tanveer ul Ahad, Editor Kashmir Glory, who passed away Monday evening after a brief illness in Srinagar Hospital.

The deceased was an embodiment of many virtues and gentleman of par excellence. He would always help the Needy and would involve himself in highlighting  the welfare issues of general public, especially of his native area. Hence his death has been mourned widely, particularly by the j&K journalistic Fraternity. 

A statement issued to KNS reads, The Executive Members of JKPA remembered his contribution to the field of Journalism and prayed for the departed soul and expressed complete  solidarity with the members of the bereaved family (KNS)
