He said that in past few months Govt. of J&K Constituted several Commissions like Delimitation Commission, Commission of Socially & educationally Backward Classes Commission and now JKPSC, but no member from this third largest Community was included in any commission which reveals that Govt. is deliberately making its attempts to Push us back and wants to keep us backward and marganalised as we are.
As soon as the J&K Government constituted JKPSC and appointed Six members from all Section of Society except Gujjar Bakerwals, things got heated up in Social media and activists of JKGBYWC, the frontal organisation of Gujjar Bakerwal Community have started reacting on Social media against the J&K Government decision of not including a member from community.
The Centre & State Govt. lofty Promises made with the Community have been fallen flat and the BJP lead central government have been exposed badly for their false and fake Promises and in future community will teach them lessons during elections.
The Gujjar Bakerwal Community is the worst sufferer and most neglected Community at every front in J&K, and out of six members not to include a Single member in newly formed JKPSC, is matter of great concern and a joke with third largest Community, Said Zahid Parwaz Choudhary, keeping them away from representation in Commission shows the extent to which the community faces discrimination every day in every field of life Parwaz added.
Zahid Parwaz Choudhary, sought immediate intervention of J&K Government and should think over it again and a member belonging to Gujjar Bakerwal Community must be included in the Commission, he also demanded that member from Sikh Community should also be included in the Commission so all Communities could get Proper and equal opportunities and they may not feel isolated or discrimination at any level.
Zahid Said that by not giving proper representation in Govt institutions Community have became the victim of discrimination, Prejudice & maltreatment at every front and issues and problems being faced by community remains unaddressed due to the lack of representation in Govt. Institutions and administration.
