Srinagar August 08;(KNS) Awami National Conference (ANC) on Saturday paid glowing tributes to Kashmir’s renowned educationist and scholar Agha Ashraf Ali on his sad demise.
In a condolence message, the Party President Khalida Beguma and Vice President Muzaffar Shah termed Aga Ashraf an institution in himself and is credited worldwide for enlightening and educating generations of students and teachers. “Kashmir today lost one of its brightest stars. Agha Ashraf Ali was no ordinary scholar.
In a statementto KNS, Shah said, Agha Ashraf Ali was very close to my father, Late Gh Ahmad ShaH. This is a personal loss to us, he said.
