Srinagar,09 April (KNS) : JDU party president G.M.shaheen on friday laid emphasis on strengthening the organization at the grassroots level and expediting development works while addressing a Party workers at Srinagar office .

All party workers of all Morchas, and corporators, besides the general public in a large number which also raised their issues and problems faced by them.

As per the statement issued to kashmir news service (KNS),Speaking on the occasion, G.m.shaheen said  that  Janta dal united  is a cadre-based party and hence believes in holistic welfare of its workers who would then go on to work for the welfare of society, touching the lives of everyone, irrespective of their color, creed or religion.

Shaheen said It is thus very crucial to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level and we have to abide by team spirit to make this organization even greater,”shaheen impressed upon the cadre present in the meeting.

He directed for constitution of committees at the polling booth level focusing on the training of workers by infusing the sense of nationalism so that they work for the betterment of this great nation.
“The teams of all Morchas of the organization must be completed at the earliest, too,” he added.

In the Darbar, corporators, sarpanches detailed about the various developmental works undertaken by them in their respective wards to the cadre and the public present there.
shaheen asked the district Presidents to hold monthly darbars in their respective districts every month.

Listen to the grievances of the people and strive for resolving them in an efficient and expedited manner,” he added.
Similarly, a Party  Darbar and meetings of all Morchas must also be conducted once every month, shaheen said.

Shaheen also said that the drug awareness camp must be held in every district to aware the society.(KNS)
