Srinagar September 09 (KNS): Joint Coordination committee retail Kerosene oil and cooperative dealers union UT JK president javid Ahmad Hakeem on today expressed shock and grief over the passing away of former MLA and senior leader Thakur Rachpal Singh, describing the death as a great loss to the area.
Th Rachpal Singh breathed his last after a brief illness this morning at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, Kakrayal, leaving behind his wife, son and two daughters.
