Handwara March 28: The Naugam Brigade organised an interaction with the Maulvis of Mawer Valley today on Sunday. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation by the maulvis of all the villages of the Mawer Valley. 

According to reports the interaction was aimed at understanding the thought process of the wise maulvis and the perceptions of the Awam so as to have an exchange of ideas and seamless integration between Army and the Awam. The Maulvis were felicitated for their yeoman services and contribution to society in promoting peace.This innovative initiative by the Army was lauded by the Maulvis and the villagers.(KNS)
