In times of Covid , J&K carries massive transfer drive


Srinagar, June 10 (KNS): The employees of J&K Bank are up in arms against the administration for carrying out a massive transfer drive in times of Covid19.
Speaking to KNS on request of anonymity said that bank employees are being put under serious pressure unnecessarily in times of Covid.
" J&K Bank employees are known for dedicated and work culture. We have always shoulders the responsibility whatever given by the management. We have never shyed away from serving anywhere in the country.," they said.
They added that it is unprecedented in the history of J&K Bank that bank employees are being transferred in the crisis situations.
It will not only harm us personally but will affect the businessmen and business of J&K Bank, they said.
" Business has come to standstill across the country. The relationship with the traders, business houses works in crises. An existing staff can motivate the businessmen for doing more business with bank as locked is being lifted."
A top Buisness leader accused the management of J&K creating hurdles in thes smooth functioning of the bank.
" What is the need to carry massive transfer drive in times of the crises. Some people want to create problem in the operation of the bank. (KNS)
