Srinagar, Nov 27 (KNS): The sister-in-law of a noted journalist and a prominent social activist Imdad Saqi on Friday passed away after prolonged illness.
The deceased was the wife of Moulvi Misdaq-ul-Hassan, who is younger brother of Saqi.
According to family sources, the deceased was not keeping well from a long time and died at her present residence Baghwanpora, Lalbazar. They said the Chaharum of the departed soul would be observed on November 30, 2020 (Monday) 08:00 am at their ancestral graveyard Baba Mazar, Alamgari Bazar.
In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the family appealed there would be no congregational meet at their residence. However people in general have been asked to pray for the departed soul. (KNS)
