Srinagar, Feb 15 (KNS): A man and his wife were injured after a bear attacked them in the Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.

As per the Reports reaching  To KNS,  panic gripped in Waderbala village of Zacheldara Rajwar in Handwara after a bear appeared and attacked the husband-wife namely Abdul Rashid Mir and his wife Raja Begum

The duo were shifted to district hospital Handwara.

A wildlife officer also confirmed  this incident and said that men are at work to trap the wild animal.(KNS)
