Srinagar, Oct 01 (KNS): Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Thursday slammed the Jammu and Kashmir administration over inventing new ways to hound the already perturbed traders of Kashmir.
Kadfeen in a statement issued here said that said the government is serving uncalled for notices to the traders while threatening them to vacate the premises which are not owned by it but by the Jammu and Kashmir Waqf board. According to Kadfeen such an action has hinted at a sinister designs this dispensation has towards the Muslim properties in Jammu and Kashmir.
Kadfeen said that there has been constant efforts being made by the current regime that traders in Kashmir are ridiculed, ostracized and hounded in more ways than one.
Kadfeen said that Waqf is an independant organization and its soverienty has been upheld by the successive regimes of the past. He said at present the government is making strenuous efforts to infiltrate into the autonomous institutions of Kashmir and vandalise them in order to implement its hideous agenda.
