Srinagar, May 15 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir government on Friday appointed current JK Bank managing director cum chairman RK Chibber as Non Executive chairman of the board of the JK Bank Ltd.
Order issued by the finance department has been taken in exercise of the powers under 69(i) of the articles of association of the JK Bank.
Order says that incumbent Chairman cum managing director, RK Chibber shall be a Non Executive Director on the Board of JK Bank Ltd for the period of three years.
After his appointment as Non Executive Director, Chibber is likely to be appointed or elected as Chairman of the Board of JK Bank Ltd.(KNS)
