Ganderbal, May 18 (KNS): Ganderbal Police seized six tippers and booked their drivers for brazen violation of lockdown restrictions under sec 144 CrPC on Monday, official said.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), police team of PS Shadipora led by DO Shadipora SI Ghulam Hassan on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal, after receiving inputs about violation of lockdown guidelines, swung into action and seized six tippers on spot who were trying to sneak into the district through unconventional entry points.
Official said that all six drivers have been arrested on spot and a case under FIR No. 100/2020 u/s 188 CrPC has been registered in PS Ganderbal and investigations taken up. (KNS)
