Srinagar October 29:(KNS) . The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir today extended greetings to people on the very auspicious occasion of Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW) and prayed for wellbeig of the people.

JKPCC President G.A. Mir said that Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW) is very pious occasion, being observed worldwide with religious fervor and gaiety, it shall continue to lead the mankind at the path of peace, righteousness and truthfulness.

The best way to observe Eid Milad was to follow the teachings (Sunnah) of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and implement these in our lives, Mir said and hoped that the auspicious occasion will usher in an era of peace and prosperity of the people.

On this auspicious occasion I pray to Almighty to bring smile on the faces of people, bringing them all the happiness and success, Mir added(KNS)
