G.A. Mir extends Diwali greetings, prays for wellbeing of people


Srinagar Nov 14 (KNS):The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir today extended Diwali greetings to people and prayed for their wellbeing.
In his message of felicitations, JKPCC President G.A. Mir hoped that the occasion of Diwali will usher in an era of inclusive development of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh and prosperity of the people.
Festival are important part of our glorious tradition of togetherness, strengthening the bonds of unity and diversity among different shades & religions living in the country, PCC President said.  
Mir said the festival of lights (Diwali) symbolizes the age-old tradition of communal harmony and brotherhood in the country and will continue to lead the people at the path of peace and tranquility, besides reflecting the triumph of truth over falsehood, Mir said.
G.A. Mir hoped that this Diwali will be the harbinger of complete peace in the world and prosperity of the people.
JKPCC President wished people a very happy and prosperous Diwali.
