Srinagar Oct 14:(KINS) The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G. A. Mir welcomed the decision of releasing Former Chief Minister and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti from the detention and described it as a step in right direction.
