Bandipora, Nov 17 (KNS): District Devlopment Commissioner Bandipora, Owais Ahmad Tuesday said that all the nesassary arrangements for conduct of smooth Elections of District Devlopment Councils (DDC) and Panchayat by elections 2020 in District Bandipora have been completed.
DC told reporters in a press conference held on Tuesday at his office chambers.
Ahmad said that they have recived nomination papers from candidates of Gurez, Ganastan, and Nowgam Blocks of the District were elections are scheduled from next week.
Ahmad said that all the polling staff has been dispatched to all the areas including to snow bound Gurez via road.
"We have send polling staff to snow bound areas by road," he said.
DC said that Election training to all Ros, Aros and and other polling staff has already been already concluded while as all Election related material too has been dispatched to for flung area of Gurez .
Ahmad appealed people of the District Bandipora to come out on date of polling and cost their vote for the Development(KNS)
