Karnah Aug 23 (KNS): In compliance to the directions of the Hon’ble Patron in Chief Hon'ble Chief Justice of J&K and as directed by Hon’ble Executive Chairman, J&K SLSA, E-Lok Adalat/ VC Lok Adalat was conducted today on 22-08-2020 in district kupwara. In all six Benches were constituted in the entire district with its bench No 06 constituted for karnah which was held under the chairmanship of Shabir Ahmed Milak, Munsiff Tanghdar.In all 35 cases were taken out of which 33 were settled with 291 number of cases was referred out of which 33 were settled and an amount of Rs.403000 as settlement amount was realised.
As per a press note released by the legal authority a total of 35 cases were taken and 33 were settled which include 03 cases under 125 Crpc 03 cases under Cr.Misc, 01 compliant 01 case of matrimony, 03 civil suits, 03 under excution, 50 pre legislation app abd 18 traffic challans were taken and settled with a realisation of 403000 settlement amount.
