Srinagar, 18 May (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah on Monday expressed grief over the demise of party Block President Arizal Hashmatullah Khan of Khan Sahib.
In a statement issued to KNS Party president while expressing grief over the demise of Hashmatullah Sahib said, “A noble soul he was, deeply committed to the values and ideals of Sher e Kashmir, I pray for peace to the soul of deceased and much needed strength to the mournful family to bear the irreparable loss. May Almighty grant him highest echelons in Jannah.”
Party vice president Mr. Omar Abdullah also condoled the demise of veteran NC functionary. While expressing grief, he prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage to the mournful family to bear the loss.
Meanwhile party functionaries including provincial president Nasir Aslam Wani, Ali Mohammad Dar, Manzoor Wani have also condoled the demise of Hashmatullah Khan. They have prayed for peace to departed soul and strength to bereaved family.(KNS)
