Srinagar,  January 20:(KNS)   The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Mr. Omar Abdullah have expressed profound grief over the demise of party Block President Frisal Nazir Ahmed Ganai, who breathed his last the other day. 

In their condolence message, the president and vice president prayed for peace to the departed soul and expressed deepest sympathies and condolences with the grief-stricken family as well. 

Sharing in the grief, the duo recalled the contribution of Nazir Sahib to the party, saying that the untimely demise of Nazir Sahib has created a deep void in the party's local unit.  They also said the unflinching dedication and commitment of Nazir sahib towards the party will be remembered for all times to come.

Meanwhile GS Ali Mohammad Sagar visited Batwara Srinagar and expressed condolences with the bereaved family of GH Sheikh. It is pertinent to mention that GH Sheikh was the brother of party leader Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi and uncle of VP Province Ahsan Pardesi. Sagar offered Fateha and prayed for eternal repose to the departed.(KNS)
