Srinagar, March 10 (KNS): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed the Enforcement Directorate not to insist the former chief minister and People's Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti to be present on March 15 at ED headquarters. 

Sources told news agency KNS that the Delhi High Court today heard Mehbooba Mufti's counsel and directed the ED not to insist on her presence on March 15 as specified in the summons issued to her on March 05.

They said that the matter has been not listed on March 19.

Mehbooba, who was released last year after more than a year in detention following the scrapping of Jammu and Kashmir's special status, was served notice to appear at the ED headquarters in New Delhi on March 15. (KNS)
