Srinagar, May 29 (KNS): Reacting to the nomination of members for delimitation comm, J&K Congress Chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir said decisions of GOI regarding J&K taken after August 5 are unconstitutional and undemocratic .
" From day one Congress party has taken a stand that decisions were taken by BJP Government unilaterally after August 5. They downgraded the state, bifurcated the state. Whom they consulted? Governor, president and Home Minister played this act. Where are people of J&K. They are not part of any consultation. Grievance is right from Kargil to Kashmir to Jammu. Like People of Kashmir, Jammuites are also not happy with downgrading of state," he told KNS.
He added : "Congress represents all sections and parts of J&K. Congress working committee has taken a stand that right from abrogation of article 370 and other decisions are totally undemocratic and unconstitutional . Now how can we be part of this delimitation commission.," he told KNS. (KNS)
