Srinagar, June 26 (KNS): A Central Reserve Police Force man and a minor boy was killed when militants attacked a security forces party in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday, police said.
Reports reaching to Kashmir News Service said that militants attacked 90 battalion CRPF near Padshae Bagh this afternoon. One CRPF personnel identified as Shymal Kumar and a six -year-old boy Nihaan Bhat son of Mohammad Yaseen Bhat of Machoo Kulgam suffered critical injuries and were shifted to hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.
Soon after the attack, the area was cordoned off to nab the assailants, reports said. (KNS)
