Srinagar,April 12 (KNS): The Covid19 management team Mawer on sunday have requested people ones again to stay indoors, take proper precautions and maintain social distance while purchasing essential commodities/ withdrawal of cash from ATMS or banks.

A statement issued to KNS reads, a member of the team Malik Aashiq said, "We appetite the steps taken by SHO Qalamabad Shiekh Javid to implement strict lock down in block Mawer.

Public should impose the complete lock down by conscious not by force, stay indoors & take proper precautions to win the battle against epidemic Covid19. While purchasing necessary commodities/ services the social distance should be maintained, especially outside daily needs store/ ATM Machines or banks. Public should not be panic but take proper precautions as at present covid has no antidote, only precautions could save us. Also stressed on the people who travelled recently that don't hide travel history, CO-operate with administration & get proper tested from Covid19 clinics".

visiting Darbal today the chairman of team Tahir Ahmad Mir distributed masks among AAY category people. Besides awearness the cash was distributed by Khidmat centre Qalamabad on demand & in presence of the team. Besides few team members, sarpanch Teerina Ab Rashid Wani & ward members were present to make sure that social distance should be maintained, it said (KNS)
