Covid cases continues to increase in Budgam district

Budgam July 18:(KNS) The number of coronavirus patients in Budgam district continue to rise. The Department of Health urges the general public to fully adhere to the global guidelines, to wear masks, not to panic, not to come out of homes unnecessarily. A government official told to KNS, Every human being needs to learn a lesson from the situation and those who go out without wearing a mask are putting their life and others in danger. Meanwhile, as soon as the lockdown was re-imposed in Budgam district, only 50 cases came to light yesterday. Orders should be issued to re-enforce lockdown in five tehsils across the district. Movement of all kinds of commercial activities, public and private transport in Chirar Sharif, BK Pura, Narhbal, etc. was suspended. The streets were deserted and the bustle in the town suddenly disappeared. Meanwhile, DSP Charar Sharif Fayyaz Ahmed, SHO Yasir Ahmed and Tehsildar Mubashir Mohammad visited the entire town several times. And through door-to-door information to the general public about the harmful effects of the Corona virus through loudspeakers and the measures used to prevent it, the general public appreciated the District Police's pro-people policy and their services during Corona.(KNS)
