Baramulla December 17:(KNS) In continuation to distribution of Covid Kit under Civic Action Programme, today on 17.12.2020, Police Baramulla distributed COVID-19 kits comprising of Face shield, N-95 Masks, Triple layer Masks, Oximeter, Digital Thermometer, Sanitizer bottles, Hand Gloves and Dettol Soap, among the BPL families falling under the jurisdiction of Sub-Divisions Tangmarg and Kreeri of District Baramulla. The functions were held at Town Hall Tangmarg and Govt. Higher Secondary School Kreeri, where proper seating arrangements were made. A large number of BPL families participated the said function. Concerned SDPOs made the people aware of the Covid-19 Pandemic and requirement and utility of these items. They were properly briefed regarding use of the items in the kit. Earlier such kits were distributed among the BPL families of Sub-Division Baramulla and Uri also. Besides SDPO Kreeri, Shri Tariq Mehmood and SDPO Tangmarg Sh. Hilal Khaliq, all SHOs of Sub-Division Kreeri/Tangmarg and people from different walks of life were present. The people in general have appreciated the role of police in this district.(KNS)
