Srinagar, June 14(KNS): Congress party has written to Chief Electoral Officer regarding the participation in no- confidence motion against Mayor Junaid Matoo.
The letter in pocession of KNS which has been written by Chief Whip of Congress party to the Chief Electoral Officer reads : " The below mentioned corporators of INC have violated the party whip dated 15 June 2020 received by then by participating in No-confidence motion against the Mayor. The party strongly recommend immediate necessary action against these under rules and request that they should be unseated, with immediate effect."
The corporators named in the letter are Gulshan Bilal Zaldagar Ward no: 34, Haseena Chatterhama Ward No 73, Shaheena Wars No 7.
