Srinagar June 23:(KNS) The Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) on Wednesday strongly condemned the killing of JKP Inspector in Bagati Kanipora area of Budgam District, terming the incident as inhuman and mindless act.

JKPCC also demanded that the perpetrators of the heinous crime must be identified for exemplary punishment.

In a statement, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee has strongly condemned the killing of JKP Inspector Pervez Ahmad Dar and expressed anguish over the loss of precious life.

Congress Party feels disappointed over this brutal & mindless act and urge the Govt to ensure exemplary punishment to killers of slain JKP Inspector. The Party expressed solidarity with the bereaved family, and conveyed heartfelt condolences to family and friends of slain Pervez Ahmad Dar and prayed for his eternal peace.

The killings in any form are highly condemnable and unacceptable in a civilized society, must be condemned by every section of the people, JKPCC added and urged the authorities to take effective measures to contain such inhuman and mindless attacks, JKPCC added.(KNS)
