Srinagar April 8 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has felicitated people on the very auspicious occasion of Shab I Barat, hoping that the occasion will bring the smile on the faces of people.

In a statement to KNS, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee, President, G. A. Mir has extended felicitations to people on the very auspicious occasion of Shabi Barat and prayed for their wellbeing and good health.

Mir hoped that the occasion (Shab I Barat) will be the harbinger of good health, long life and prosperity of the people, bringing smile on their faces.

We are passing through very difficult times, it is our bounden due to take full care of poor people, extending helping hand to each other, which is the true message of Shabi Barat, G.A. Mir said.

On this occasion, I pray to Almighty to shower his mercy on the mankind and take out world out of the current chaos and threat posed to mankind due to fatal disease Covid 19, Mir said.
