Srinagar April 15 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today expressed profound grief over the passing away of Prominent Congress Leader & Block President Haji Sonullah Sheikh and conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
According  to statement issued to KNS, The JKPCC President G.A. Mir has expressed profound grief over the passing away of Haji Sonaullah Sheikh, Prominent Congress Leader and Block President of Zachildara Handwara District Kupwara and conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family.
G.A. Mir recalled his long association with the Congress Party and described him a dedicated, sincere and loyal Congress man, who always remained committed to the cause of strengthening the Party and serving the people of his area to the best of his ability, he said.
Sympathizing with the bereaved family, G.A. Mir expressed solidarity with them and said we have lost a committed and stanch Party man in the demise of Sonullah Sheikh, which is undoubtedly a great loss to Congress Party in District Kupwara, G.A. Mir said.
JKPCC President conveyed heartfelt condolences to bereaved family and prayed for their courage to bearer this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, District Congress Committee (DCC) Kupwara President Haji Farooq Mir and various other Party leaders of the District expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing away of Haji Sonullah Sheikh and conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family.
The deceased was known for his affectionate attitude towards the people and his Party colleagues, he will be remembered for a long for his selfless services to the Party ad people of his area, they said.
They conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them. (KNS)
