Srinagar July 27, (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today condoled the passing away of Gh. Qadir Bhat convener Migrant cell and conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family.

Late. Gh. Qadir Bhat was a dedicated and loyal Congress Man, whose demise was indeed a great loss to the Congress Party, he was associated with the party for a long time. G.A. Mir said.
I convey my deepest condolences to bereaved family and pray for their courage to bear this irreparable loss, JKPCC President said.
