Srinagar, May 30 (KNS): Committee of chairpersons BDC Kupwara held an important meeting at Hyhama to discuss the important issues faced by public during epidemic covid19 crisis. In a detailed discussion the members put forward different issues of public importance & future strategies for immediate resolution.

Among the important issues put forward by members were problems faced by ground staff in uploading of Adhaar seeding of PMAY with 2g network & requested the higher authorities for extension of date, in addition of poor families left out from PMAY list due to unknown reasons & pledge to enlist them in the list at every cast.
Requirement of additional quota of BPL ration cards for most deserving families who are suffering & even don’t got ration during epidemic covid19 crisis.
Urged administrative officials for implementation of panchayat raj at ground level in letter & sprit, also co-operate with local representatives for desired results.

Besides administrative issues at district level the committee decided to met LG to represent a memorandum for speedy resolution of the issues faced by public & grievances of the chairpersons.

Later the members visited Nagri to pay homage to the sarpanch, who lost the battle of life in an accident few days back & expressed their sympathy with the family.(KNS)
