Srinagar December 31 (KNS): The Crime Branch Kashmir today produced Challan in Case FIR No. 30/2019 U/S 420,468, RPC against accused Farooq Ahmad Bhat S/O Late Ghulam Nabi Bhat R/O Malangam, District Bandipora, before the Hon’ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bandipora.

In a statement issued to news agency- kashmir news service (KNS), Consequent upon a complaint received by Crime Branch Kashmir stating therein that the accused had duped the complainant of his money on pretext of providing him a Government Job in the Forest Department. The accused had also provided the complainant with a fake recruitment order.(KNS)
