Srinagar, Nov 10 (KNS): Crime Branch Kashmir on Tuesday said it has produced a challan in Case FIR No 15/20 unser section RPC before Court of city judge Srinagar.

According to statement issued to KNS reads,the case pertains to the complaint of one Simon Kour Nanda Resident of New Jersey, USA mentioning therein that the accused Pardeep Singh Bali Son of Jagdesh Singh Resident of Uller Rajpora Awantipora cheated her on the pretext of constructing a hut for her.
It further reads, as per the complaint , the hut was not handed over to her and the accused Pardeep Singh Bali grabbed a huge amount of money from her.(KNS)
