Srinagar,July 03 (KNS): Crime Branch Kashmir on Friday said that they have presented two Challans at Passenger Tax Court and Additional special judge anti corruption Srinagar.

A statement issued to KNS reads, the Crime Branch Kashmir Presented two challans in case FIR No 18/2013 U/S 420,468,471,120-B RPC in Passenger Tax Court Srinagar against Riyaz Ahmad Bhat Resident of Shopian, Shahnawaz Ahmad Reshi Resident of Shopian,
Ab.Razaq Tantray Resident of Baramulla
Zahid Ilyas Ganie Resident of Ganderbal and Farooq Ahmad Lone Resident of Pattan .

It also reards Earlier,Crime Branch Kashmir received complaint from one Mujeeb Masood Khan Through Hon’ble court of Judicial Magistrate Srinagar alleging therein that one Riyaz Ahmad Bhat and others have deceived the complainant under the garb of providing Government Job and grabbed an amount of Rs 2,30000. In lieu of fake appointment order.

Enquiry conducted by the Crime Branch Kashmir reveals that Riyaz Ahmad,Farooq Ahmad ,Shahnawaz Ahmad and Abdul Razak tantray in Furtherance of a criminal conspiracy had dishonestly and fraudulently deceived the complainant under the garb of providing Government Job. In this regard a case was registered against the accused in police station Crime Branch Kashmir.

Subsequently,Crime Branch Kashmir Produces one more challan in Case FIR No 01/2014 U/S 419, 420,467,468,120-B RPC r/w 5(2) PC Act before the hon’ble Court of Additional Special Judge Anti Corruption Srinagar related to Unfair assistance Provided to a student by the supervising staff during Exam.
The Challan Produced before the hon’ble Court of additional Special Judge Anti Corruption Srinagar against the two accused identified as Imtiyaz Asgar Son of Mohammad Amin Bijan Resident of Bonpora Batmaloo Srinagar.
Mehraj Ud Din Zargar Son of Mohammad Yousuf Resident of Balgarden Srinagar, the statement said .(KNS)
